Terms and Conditions
To receive any package from Home Ed Success, you must accept the following terms and conditions:

- I understand the advice I am given is not binding and it is my responsibility to use suggestions and advice as I feel best for my own family. All advice is given on the understanding it is for the individual use of the paying customer, not relevant to others.
- I will provide a landline phone number beginning in 01 or 02, for Home Ed Success to contact me.
- I will be ready to answer any calls from Home Ed Success at the time appointed, and forfeit any time lost by not answering on time.
- I will give 72 hours notice if I am not able to receive a scheduled phonecall, calls cancelled at less than 72 hours notice will be forfeited. Home Ed Success will also give 72 hours notice of rescheduling a phonecall if necessary. Any phonecalls cancelled less than 72 hours by Home Ed Success will be carried over to a mutually convenient time.
- (*) Home visits not available in all areas. If we cannot arrange a home visit we will substitute an equal length phone or skype call, with written report sent by post.
- Home visits cannot be cancelled except in the case of emergencies.
- Home Ed Success is a completely independent service and does not share information with any third party without your permission unless legally required to do so.
- If I change my mind about using Home Ed Success and require a refund, it will be on a pro rata basis minus fees for administration and services already received.
- Home Ed Success accepts no liability if advice does not result in the desired outcome. Advice is based on experience and knowledge of the law but is not to be considered professional legal advice.
- Fair use applies to the ‘unlimited’ emails.
